great stay but minor breakfast issues

The room we had was spacious, perfect for our family of three. The bathroom was also sizable, allowing for comfort during our stay. One highlight was the breakfast. the nasi dagang with gulai ikan tongkol was a must-try. We were impressed by the view of the city from our room, adding to the experience.

the buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering authentic local dishes that felt just like street food. also, the room was quite spacious with a warm ambiance, making it a relaxing stay.

the bathroom lighting could be brighter.

The location is perfectly situated in front of a major shopping mall with tons of dining options. Housekeeping did a stellar job, and the pool area was refreshing and well-maintained.

The breakfast selection could benefit from a bit more variety.

The spacious Deluxe Twin Room provided a comfortable stay, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast included a decent variety, although the taste could be enhanced. A major drawback was the unhelpful parking staff. upon arrival, we struggled with our luggage due to a malfunctioning escalator and no lift access. the absence of sufficient parking during busy events was inconvenient.

Spacious room and infinity pool are great, but breakfast was cold and messy.

Oh darling, the location is just superb! It's literally a swift 78-second dash to the shopping centre—definitely not a five-minute trek! The spacious room was fab, and the shower pressure could wake the queen herself!

My key card and I had a bit of a misunderstanding after just one day. Nothing like an unexpected little jaunt down 21 floors to remind you of what ‘exercise’ feels like!
